Acting
Most recently, Hunter played Jay in JT Atwood’s original play The Circus Came To Town at TheRat. They specialize in immersive theatre, having worked on projects like Jimmy Fallon’s: Tonightmares and The Bridgerton Experience. Hunter made their screen-acting debut last year in the hit vertical series Roomies by BILT. They are an AMDA Integrated Conservatory graduate of June 2024. They have tackled roles that range from Shakespearean (Comedy Of Errors with Staten Island Shakespeare Theatre), to absurdist comedy (Jason/Tyrone in Hand To God), to traditional Commedia Dell'arte (For The Love Of Three Oranges with Annandale Theatre Company.) Hunter is comfortable portraying any gender on stage or screen.
Singing
Hunter is a musical theatre actor and singer/songwriter. He has performed on iconic cabaret stages like Green Room 42 and Don’t Tell Mama. Their voice sits in a quirky mezzo-soprano range. They have worked with musical theatre professionals such as Joe Iconis, Trey Compton, and David Cady. Hunter has countless original pieces on guitar and ukulele that can be found throughout their social media profiles @thehunterduggan. Hunters most recent project, Part Of Your World was part of the Music In The Sanctuary project at Riverside Church.
